Cost Assist: typical costs for every development type

Starting a feasibility from a blank page is slow, and a blank page is exactly where the cost lines that matter quietly go missing. Cost Assist takes care of both, and it is now built into every major cost section: land acquisition, professional and consulting fees, other fees and charges, construction and works, land holding, and marketing.

Pick your development type, anything from a duplex or townhouses through to low-rise apartments, a land subdivision or house and land, and Cost Assist drops in the tabs and cost lines that are typical for it. Every amount is left at $0, ready for you to price from your own quotes. It already knows where your project is, so an Australian project gets the right state-based approval costs and a New Zealand project gets its own consent structure. Your existing tabs and numbers are never touched.

Best of all, it is entirely up to you. Rock solid on your construction costs but less certain about infrastructure and authority fees? Use Cost Assist only on the sections where you want a hand, and leave the rest. It sets up the structure so you are never staring at an empty section, and you stay in control of every line. All the speed, none of the assumptions.
