What's new in Feasly

Your reports already exported to PDF and CSV. Now you can download them as fully styled Excel workbooks too. Each one opens on a branded cover sheet with your project and company details, then lays every report out on its own sheet with the tables properly styled: section headers, subtotals, totals and profit lines all set apart, currency formatted consistently, and the header rows frozen so they stay in view as you scroll.

It covers the full set, from the viability views (Feasibility Summary, Feasibility Detailed, Key Indicators, Residual Land Value and Sensitivity Analysis) through to the reports (Profit and Loss, Profit Distribution, Development Cashflow, Cashflow Analysis, Funding Coverage, Funding Allocation and the Debt Facility Schedule). The result is a workbook you can hand straight to a financier, an investor or your accountant, presentation-ready, or keep building on yourself.

Starting a feasibility from a blank page is slow, and a blank page is exactly where the cost lines that matter quietly go missing.
