How does the 14-day free trial work?
Full access to Feasly for 14 days. A credit card is required to start, but you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Your subscription begins automatically after 14 days unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Account section.
Is Feasly tax deductible, and do I get invoices?
Yes. Feasly is a tool of the trade. Software is generally claimable as a business expense (check with your accountant). Invoices are available anytime from your account section.
Do annual plans include a discount?
Yes. Pay annually and get one month free. As a claimable business expense, the full annual amount is generally deductible in the year you pay it.
Can I switch plans, upgrade, or cancel?
Yes. Move between Lite and Pro, change your billing frequency, or cancel — all from your account dashboard. Monthly subscribers keep access until the end of their billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront and aren't refundable, but you keep full access for the remainder of your term.
Can I add team members to my account?
Team management and permissioning is coming very soon, including additional seats and access controls.
Do you integrate with Xero and other products?
A management layer with integrations is on the way.
Where is Feasly based, and is my data secure?
Feasly is Australian-owned and run from Queensland. All data is encrypted, hosted on Australian servers, and backed up daily.
